Fabulous fun spot - with a great tiki vibe, great food, and great service! It was a memorable birthday celebration for our party of five. We love to support small businesses and this one truly cares about its customers with personalized service. Wish we hadn't waited so long to check out this place, but we'll definitely be back soon!!

Authentic Delicious Tasty You already know I love the tiki flavors; Kahuna Tiki sets the precedence. I called in and spoke with Paulette the owner, made sure there was a spot for dogs. The sushi is great and the drinks Can't wait to come back!

I loved this place. The owner was also our server, bartender, and everything in between. She was so nice and explained everything on the menu so well of course because it's her menu :) I just loved that experience. Everything was soooo fresh we had the calamari and onion rings and i was obsessed. Beautiful interior the ambiance was everything you feel like you are in a jungle. Would highly recommend.

What once was a simple sushi restaurant has been converted into a wonderful Tiki themed bar and restaurant. The food is always very good, the drinks are good, the service is usually excellent and there are special events on most nights of the week. The music in the bar itself is not quite Tiki but, during my most recent visit, the big screen TV in the bar was turned off much to my pleasure.

Came here on a recommendation from a friend, and I was not disappointed! A sushi tiki bar is already pretty unique. But also I love the tucked away patio eating area. It is great for groups. Sure it's a bit dark but that makes it a great date night spot too. I would only come here during clearer nights. We came on a Sunday night and we were pleasantly surprised to see there was a luau happening. So fun to have dinner and a show! We definitely want to come back on a Monday for the Burlesque show. The sushi is pretty good, and standard prices for LA. I did feel like the other apps we ordered were a bit small for the price. Not quite sharing size but meant for maybe one. The only other piece that fell short for me was the service. This place wasn't that full and we felt like it was hard to wave someone down and when we did talk to a server it was pretty frank and not personal. I do think we had a new server who didn't know the menu well so most of our menu questions went answered by Google. But overall, we will be back!

Cute restaurant with an open air tiki vibe. From the street you would not guess that this unique tropical restaurant was hidden behind the entrance. A group of four of us were seated at a picnic style table. They have a sushi bar and paper menus also to order from the sushi bar. Subtle music was playing low enough for us to chat. I ordered the sangria with champagne, salmon sushi, and Molokai Chicken Salad that g Mango, strawberries, avo, cashews, macadamia nuts, asian sesame dressing. I liked everything I ordered but the salmon rolls were my favorite. The sushi tasted fresh, and it was made well. The salad came with two decent sized pieces of season grilled chicken. The nuts were unsalted and wasn't my favorite part. Service was great! Metered parking outside.

This is such a cute tiki bar! We were seated inside and it was a bit small but the food and the service make up for it! The drinks were delicious and the poke nachos were absolutely amazing. I love the taro chips that it comes with; they were very light yet very crunchy. Parking is tough to find since it's all street parking but I found a free spot a couple blocks down. I would definitely come back!
